How to Order
You may place an order through our website via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you may pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal Guest. If you would like to use a credit card but would prefer to call in your order, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Our number is 615-557-8748. Finally, if you would like to purchase with a check or money order you may use our order form using regular postal mail.
Shipping Fees can be calculated prior to logging in to PayPal and will be added to your order accordingly. We ship most orders by FedEx Ground. Next Day and 2-Day service is available at an additional charge. Please call us with any special requests or instructions.
Tennessee residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax at time of order.
When Your Shipment Arrives
Before we ship your items we carefully inspect them to ensure that they are in perfect condition. If they arrive in less than that condition something happened in transit. Please give us a call. We are more than upset when anything comes between our craftsmanship and your satisfaction. Please preserve all packaging materials as this is essential for us to make a successful insurance claim. We'll help you file your insurance claim against the common carrier and make sure there is a follow-up with the carrier so this problem is expedited quickly and properly.
